Flying direct to Kalamata

Taxi’s and hire cars are available at the airport. It is only 8 km from the airport to Faron St.

By road: Turn left from the airport and then right at the first T-junction onto the main Athens - Tripolis – Kalamata road. Stay on this road towards Kalamata. Turn right at the second set of traffic lights heading south for the seafront.
After the Toyota Garage (on your right) turn left. Take care at the first main junction where you have a stop sign – go straight ahead to first traffic lights, turn right and you are on Faron. The Hibiscus Hotel and our organic shop Biocosmos are on your right.

Flying to Athens International Airport

Taxi’s, hire cars and fast airport express busses are available at the airport.

If you contact us before we can organise a taxi to meet you at a special price.

By road: Take the main motorway/toll road towards Korinthos. Continuing towards Korinthos you will encounter a few low cost tolls. The road is motorway standard. Before Korinthos you must take the left fork for Tripolis and Kalamata.

Public Transport: Take Airport Express No 93 bus (or taxi) to Kifisos bus station. Bus ticket entitles you to 24 hours of transport anywhere in Athens.
Buses to Kalamata leave Kifisos every 1 to 2 hours and take about 4 hours.

Arriving at the Port of Patras

By road: Drive south towards Pirgos and Kiparisia. Before Kiparisia take main road left for Meligalas and Kalamata. This will take you to the main Athens – Tripolis – Kalamata road where you turn right for Kalamata. There is a choice of routes but this one keeps you on the best roads.
